I led the full creative direction and execution of the Mercy Careers website redesign, collaborating with key internal stakeholders while independently driving the vision from concept to launch. I developed the content strategy, wrote all copy, created wireframes, designed custom graphics, captured original photography, and finalized every detail in partnership with an external development team.
